There is a garbage chute located on your floor. Walk out of your front door, to the left of the glass panel and walk straight ahead towards the corridor on the left side of the elevators - the door immediately to your right leads to the garbage chute room.
For Recycling, this is located in the car park. To access this, go to Ground floor then turn left and walk down the narrow passage. Exit through the red door and this will take you to the car park. Continue straight and you will see a large opening on your left that leads to an (enclosed) outdoor area. Here you will find assorted Recycling bins (along with General Rubbish and Cardboard Waste bins). To return to the apartment, you will need to use your fob to open the red door if it is closed.
