RUBBISH CHUTE:
There is a rubbish chute located on your floor. Exit your apartment and walk towards the elevators. Turn left as soon as you pass the elevators. There is a door on your right - this door leads to the Rubbish Chute Room.

RECYCLING:
For Recycling, this is located in the car park. To access, go to Ground floor then turn left. Using your fob, open the door to your right that leads to the car park. Walk right, towards the car park entry/exit and you will find the Recycling bins (along with larger General Rubbish and Cardboard Waste bins).
We understand if this is out of the way for you - It is OK if you prefer to leave the recycling in the apartment. The cleaning team will happily sort it out when you depart :)

STEP 1: When someone calls from Ground Floor/Lobby, the intercom will ring. Pick up the handset and speak to the caller.
STEP 2: To let them come up come up to your apartment, please press the 'Key' icon button. This will open the Lobby door and release the elevator, for a limited time. The guest can enter the elevator and press your floor number without a fob.
STEP 3: If it takes too long to press the floor number, the system will time out. Repeat the process. If there are delays at the elevators, please meet your guest at Ground Floor/Lobby.
